**Warranty Clerk **with exceptional organisational skills to work at
**Chrysler Jeep Dodge **in
**Osborne Park**.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is integral to the administration support of the Service Department.

It is the role of the Warranty Clerk to process all documentation relating to the service of vehicles and trucks whilst within warranty period. It’s imperative that the Warranty Clerk maintain a professional attitude at all times and deal with Warranty issues in a timely manner.

**This includes**:

- Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturer
- Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
- Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested
- Submit transport and hidden damage claims
- Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties, if Manager requires

**About you**:
You will ideally possess:

- Experience with ERA is not essential but desirable.
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Full Australian manual driver’s license
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within costing in dealerships but not essential
