**About the role**

As the Warranty Coordinator you will Coordinate all machine, component and parts warranties for Asset Management Group (AMG) and all related records management by overseeing adherence to the established systems and procedures.
- Monitor the warranty procedure and the compliant adherence by stakeholders
- Ensure all relevant information for a successful claim has been provided by the project
- Liaise with the Reliability Analyst concerning oil sample results for major components
- Liaise with the Reliability Analyst and related stakeholders where testing, monitoring, and sampling systems indicate premature failure indicating a predictive potential warranty claim
- Administer and maintain the warranty register and records
- Review warranty purchase requisitions to ensure all supporting documentation for a successful claim is attached with all related information required by the OEM
- Monitor the Purchase Order generation, provision of related information and the efficient transport of goods
- Assist maintenance planners and/ or project personnel for CMMS warranty work order type generation and its required resources to complete the job
- Monitor the return and successful delivery of the failed components / parts to the OEM and vendors
- Maintain and administer the warranty register, claim progress and outstanding claims with efficient and traceable record keeping
- Administer the negation of warranty entitlement, pro-rata and/ or rejection with OEM and escalation to senior AMG management where required

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Proficient with Pronto (CMMS)
- Proficient with Excel and KPI report writing / development
- Comprehensive knowledge of large and ancillary mining equipment
- Competent with the timing and resource provision for ad hoc, planning and scheduling functions of industry standard asset maintenance principles in a mining environment
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Asset Maintenance principles and standards
