Receptionist / Administrator needed for 12 month contract with large organisation located at Acacia Ridge.

**Your new company**
At Hays we are working with a large organisation based in Southside Outer suburbs of Brisbane to help recruit their next Receptionist/ All-round Administrator on a 12-month contract. This large business is known for their innovative work, high quality service and offer a fantastic office environment and workplace culture that they credit a lot of their success to.

**Your new role**
- Meet & Greet clients and customers
- Answering phone calls
- Raising purchase orders into system (Pronto)
- Raising job numbers
- Booking flights and accommodation for management
- Data entry
- General administration duties

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role
- Prior experience using complex computer systems is ideal but not a necessity
- Proven track record with high volume administration
- Solid communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- The initiative to plan and manage your day, prioritising work as required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Over 10,000 KSPH
- Professional presentation, a friendly smile and a can-do attitude
- Vaccinated against Covid-19 (this organisation’s industry has a government mandate in place)
