ABOUT THE ROLE

Alaska Care has an exciting opportunity for a part time Service Delivery Manager to WFH (work from home).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing, coaching, and motivating a progressive and passionate team who are consistently striving to deliver the highest standards of service.
- Engage and support our frontline leaders.
- Day to day management of NDIS services and business operations, ensuring efficient, safe and high quality of client support and services.
- Support workers recruitment and workforce scheduling and planning.
- The manager will develop networks and relationships with key organisations and stakeholders in the Disability services space.
- Primary point of contact for participant intake, leading the support service delivery team and client outcomes, whilst liaising with the Clinical Care Manager. This includes managing client’s enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Providing leadership in the development of SIL quotes and rosters of care.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and systems.
- Build and maintain a viable and stable customer base.
- Assessing client needs, recommending, and explaining the relevant NDIS services offered

ABOUT YOU
- You will have an energetic leadership style, with an assertive and organised approach
- Ability to work and thrive under pressure
- Be able to manage staff performance and have those ‘difficult’ conversations including conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Have exceptional knowledge of the Disability Services Industry (DFFH AND
- NDIS)
- Have outstanding written and communication skills including a medium to high level of IT software knowledge
- Clear understanding of complex behavioural and medial supports and restrictive practice frameworks.
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work or other relevant area will be highly regarded
