Senior Operations Leadership Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape service delivery at a leading homecare provider, where care is personal and relationships truly matter. You will oversee a dedicated team providing in-home support to clients across Melbourne's North and Northwest.

You will play a key role in the company's future, helping to grow while staying true to its local roots and community-centred approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Drive growth in service hours, client retention, and team capacity
  • Oversee intake, onboarding, client feedback, and incident resolution processes
  • Manage commercial performance and operational excellence, including compliance, WHS, and quality standards
  • Engage with external stakeholders to strengthen connections with the community
  • Champion a culture of learning, safety, accountability, and joy
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in community-based care services (NDIS or Aged Care), or health and human services

A proven track record of driving operational performance and team development

Strong commercial acumen and experience leading remote or distributed teams

An authentic, empowering leadership style that inspires trust, collaboration, and results

The ability to manage complexity with clarity, flexibility, and a solutions mindset
