**Primal Care Support Services** is a registered NDIS provider in Victoria, providing an extensive range of support for people that live with disabilities to live great and fulfilling lives.
The **Client Service Officer** plays an important support role for the delivery of our NDIS participant services and ensures our participants receive an exceptional experience and service. The **Client Service Officer** will be responsible for facilitating effective service delivery for our customers, collaborating with managers and other stakeholders, to ensure the effective operation of client support services.
Working directly with the managers, you will:
- Be a first point of contact for NDIS Participants.
- Liaise with Support Co-ordinators.
- Prepare and coordinate Participant Service Agreements.
- Administer the client intake process.
- Provide ongoing client support and marketing.
- Provide timely solutions to participant complaints and inquiries.
- Perform high quality administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as required.
Must haves....
- Minimum Cert III in the Community Services Sector (Disability Support, Community Services, Welfare Support, Individual Support).
- Strong administration and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
- Sound oral and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal skills for negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Marketing skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of the Disability sector and NDIS framework HOWEVER
- On the job training specific to NDIS can be provided.
- Be willing to provide a confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence.

Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
