**About us:
**About you:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NDIS Manager to lead our NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our NDIS services. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the effective delivery of person-centered support, compliance with NDIS guidelines, and achievement of performance targets.

**The role**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the effective delivery of NDIS services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated NDIS coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the intake and assessment process for new participants.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service delivery, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines, standards, and policies.
- Stay updated with changes in the NDIS framework, policies, and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to program operations.

**Experience**:

- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of person-centered approaches, disability rights, and advocacy principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in, contract compliance, and reporting.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards in the disability sector.
- Desirable experience with certification audits.
