KingKira are seeking an experienced Mobilisation/Logistics Coordinator for a permanent position in Perth. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for being a reliable mobilisation and logistics focal point, as well as assisting with employee onboarding while being the contact point for all team and asset locations, availability, and health.

**Duties of the role will include**:

- Ensuring that all people activities are managed in line with company procedures, policies and legislative requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring time is allowed ahead of, and after shutdowns for the completion of Pre and Post Mobilisation Checklists and in time for inspections, maintenance, and cleaning by the KingKira Team Members.
- Taking a lead interface with the client when organising travel, accommodation and mobilisation of personnel and equipment to each respective work sites
- Participating and promoting a positive safety culture within the KingKira workplace
- Making decisions which are always in best financial interest of the business.

**To succeed in this role you will require;**
- Must have experience in Administration and Mobilisation with a stable and consistent career background within the Mining Industry.
- Expert communication skills who thrive in a team environment with focus on both internal and external engagement
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Able to multiple manage rosters efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
