**The Role**

Seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day Logistics and Mobilisation requirements for our Asset Services division.

This is a permanent role on an 8/6 roster based out of our offices in Wangara, Working from home (WFH) is available for weekend rostered days on.

We are seeking someone who will provide a high level of service to our current and future clients as well as to our management and other staff members.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Booking flights and accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
- Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
- Client liaison and engagement.
- Managing client invoices, timesheets and reconciliation against the relevant job.
- Ordering and distribution of PPE.
- Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements.
- Assisting with the management of all employee training records.
- Carrying out purchasing functions as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
- To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.

**Essential and Desirable Skills**
- Proven experience in a similar role (must have)
- Proficient in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew)
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills
- Current C’ Class Drivers Licence
