**The Role**

Our resource client in Welshpool is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to support their team on a three-month full-time casual contract.

We are looking for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator who has worked with high-volume mobilisations of predominantly blue-collar FIFO / resource workers and has supported a busy recruitment team.

We need someone who is able to handle a busy fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Someone who has great attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work in tight time frames will be pivotal to your success in this role.

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:
Responsibilities will include high-volume onboarding to client portals, therefore, knowledge of resources-based roles, tickets, training and compliance will be helpful.
- Accurately compile and administer all process paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees and subcontractors in line with client requirements and timeframes
- Provide mobilisation activities including inductions, medicals, flights, accommodation following project or client requirements
- Schedule meeting and onboarding tasks
- Work closely with recruitment to ensure personnel and contractors are fully compliant before mobilisation

**Requirements**:

- Experience with mobilisation systems such as INX, ERMS and Workflow
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously
