TEN Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation and Administrator to join a fantastic, privately owned, WA based business. This is a dynamic role and would suit an experienced mobilisation administrator who enjoys a range of duties and enjoys being busy.
Key skills
- At least 3 years previous experience in a mobilisation role with an adept capability to assist multiple internal teams.
- Experience coordinating and administering tier 1 mining mobilisations will be highly regarded.
- Very strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to think critically.
- A superior level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task to service deliverables.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

About the role
- This role will see you reporting to the HSEQ Manager / Construction Manager and will be required to assist the project managers from time to time.
- End to end administration of the mobilisation process in line with the clients' requirements.
- Booking of medicals, ensuring the follow up of the progress and final results.
- Booking and coordinating travel arrangements followed by clear communication to field staff and the client.
- Assist the HSEQ team with ensuring all training and site compliance requirements are met
