Due to recent project awards, MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our busy team here in West Perth for an office-based role.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee mobilisation, including travel, accommodation, inductions, and compliance with site requirements, to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.
- Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to project.
- Book required site-specific or role-specific training for new starters.
- Coordinate ad hoc travel requirements for corporate personnel as required.
- Review and administer the collection of all incoming recruitment documentation and cross-check for compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Proven experience in a site mobilisation role managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Construction / Mining industry experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to various software packages such as Pronto, INX, ERMS.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
