**About the Role**

We’re looking for a full time Parts Specialist to join the production team You'll work closely with the technicians to ensure correct and accurate parts are supplied and sourced for vehicle repairs

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, order, receive and allocate all parts required to complete mechanical repairs on all Carma vehicles
- Manage the quoting and purchase orders process through our custom-built tech system
- You’ll receive all the recently bought cars from the buying team - and input their data into the system to start the reconditioning process
- Constantly look for ways to improve our processes, efficiencies and productivity in the parts department
- Support the Operations Manager with insight into the cost implications of the reconditioning process for each vehicle

**About You**
- Experience in a parts role previously
- Excellent product knowledge
- Tech savvy and great at adapting and learning new technology and systems
- Any experience working with contractors and familiarity with purchase orders would be an advantage
- Great at multitasking and working in a high pace environment, where priorities can change quite quickly
- High attention to detail and a focus on the quality of work

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
