Description

A key part of our operations is the exceptional customer service we provide to our clients and we're on the lookout for a Customer Service Specialist, based in our Warehouse, in Alexandria.

This role is part of a fun and energetic team and would suit an enthusiastic person who is looking to further their career in customer service, with excellent career progression and development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and relatability whether in person, in writing or over the phone.
- Able to resolve conflict effectively
- Establishing priorities and meeting deadlinesManaging stock to ensure customer lead times are minimised and stock is allocated efficiently
- A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as working autonomously
