Operations Specialist

If driving around the inner suburbs, jumping in and out of the van, and undertaking a full shift of active work sounds fun, this is the job for you

**Purpose of the role**

Your role is as part of a supportive team distributing share e-Bikes to key locations, swapping batteries for charged ones and ensuring the fleet is parked in a compliant manner around the city. You will start and finish every shift at our warehouse in Alexandria, where you are will be supplied with a van, equipment and technology (phone) to undertake your role.

There are three shifts available:

- Morning 6am-2pm
- Afternoon 2pm-10pm
- Night 10pm-6am

You will be employed under a casual contract, under the Vehicle Repair, Service and Retail Award [MA000089] Level 3. Pay rates are:

- $28.46 per hour 6am-6pm,
- $34.16 per hour for night work
- and $39.85 per hour for Saturdays (experienced staff only).

Each 8 hour shift will have a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
When you commence with us you will have a full induction and be partnered with an experienced driver, so you can come up to speed with the role as soon as possible.

**Education and Experience**
- Full drivers license (no [P] plates) required for insurance purposes
- Any driver delivery experience is relevant - experience in a van preferred
- Comfortable with using smartphones/apps - text messaging
- Good knowledge of locations and navigation of inner Sydney is looked upon favourably.
