We’re on the hunt for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Specialist - someone who is just as passionate about our customers as we are. You’ll be part of the team who defines and delivers our brand and community strategy across key markets and channels.

The main function of the Social Media & Marketing Specialist is to provide a high level of operational support to the Creative Director & Head of Marketing your main duties will include executing social media and PR strategies, facilitating administrative tasks, supporting content creation with production logistics and marketing coordination. From TikTok content to creator management, you’ll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends.

**About The Role..**
- Development and implementation of the channel specific social, brand & marketing calendar, including all content and campaigns.
- Execute end-to-end campaign rollout across channels.
- Drive detailed briefs, timelines, budgets and manage execution and delivery across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Manage and plan all content across our social platforms, with a focus on video-first content creation
- Drive the social magnification of our campaigns, promotions and loyalty experiences
- Manage the social media calendar from planning and curating, through to publishing and reporting
- Drive social strategies to help improve brand awareness, and channel growth
- Drive our creator program, developing content partnerships, briefing and reporting with existing and new creators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent management partners, supporting the content team with an ongoing program relevant talent casting and recommendations.
- Manage the copywriting across social and eDM channels.
- Partner closely with our brands on all social content partnerships, carving out new ways to reach our community.
- With the support of our Customer Service team, you’ll be managing and engaging our community daily, including responses to comments and reviews.
- Manage relationships with external brands and agencies, on all marketing initiatives.
- Work with external brand partners to manage our content library collaborating with Creative Content Manager to deliver relevant and on brand content in line with the marketing calendar.
- Support the Creative Content Manager in the production of content shoots.

**About You..**
- Marketing professional with advanced marketing and sales knowledge/experience across fashion/lifestyle.
- Solution oriented personality who understands to balance brand equity/ building a brand and commercial relevance/interest of channels.
- Highly passionate for social media and all things content creation
- Be a creative and strategic thinker, driven by trends and insights
- Highly organised, collaborative and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication, and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Outgoing, positive and highly motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Ready to push the envelope and deliver exceptional results
- Courage and curiosity to challenge the status quo and actively seek feedback
- 3+ years experience in a social media role
- This role is not your typical 9-5, you will need flexibility to work outside ‘standard hours’ on social media.
