**About the role**

At Lifeblood, we’re expanding our reach through corporate partnerships that help grow our donor base and strengthen community engagement. We’re looking for a **Partner Specialist - Corporate** to support the development and delivery of partnership strategies that drive collections growth through the Lifeblood Teams program and other corporate initiatives.

Reporting to the Partner Manager - Corporate, you’ll work closely with Partner Marketing, Activation teams, and other internal stakeholders to execute campaigns, deliver content, and leverage corporate channels to engage new and existing donors. You’ll play a key role in supporting national campaigns, donor recognition activities, and performance tracking across corporate accounts.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Planning & growth**:Support the design and delivery of partner activity to grow collections within corporate accounts.
- **Engagement & education**: Collaborate with partners to utilise internal and external channels and deliver relevant content that drives staff engagement and donor acquisition.
- **Campaign execution**: Promote Lifeblood’s national campaigns and educational content through corporate channels, supporting donor recognition and acquisition.
- **Performance tracking**: Monitor and report on corporate account performance, trends, and business opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Partner Manager, Partner Marketing, and Activation teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of partnership initiatives.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with external organisations to execute partnership campaigns
- Track record of achieving campaign and initiative targets
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
- Desirable - Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business
- Desirable - knowledge and understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility processes and reporting
