**What’s the role?**

As Head of Product for Business Transaction Banking, you’ll lead the strategic direction, design, and delivery of our cash and transactional banking products for Business & Wealth customers. You’ll oversee a high-performing product team, ensuring our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs and regulatory expectations. This is a key leadership role where you’ll influence business outcomes, manage risk, and drive innovation across the product lifecycle.

**What do I need?**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in product leadership within business banking, especially cash and transactional products.
- Strong understanding of cash management and transactional banking products.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage risk effectively.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer outcomes, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
- A bold, curious mindset that’s always asking “what’s next?”
