Create your best future now and join Westpac as a Head of Pricing for Business Transaction Banking. **What’s the role?** As Head of Pricing, you’ll lead the strategic direction and execution of pricing across our Business Transaction Banking portfolio. You’ll oversee a high-performing analytical team, our Pricing Village, ensuring pricing strategies are aligned with customer needs, commercial outcomes, and regulatory expectations. This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver value to our Business Banking customers, with a strong focus on governance, performance, and innovation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to influence decisions that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. **What do I need?** To find success in this role, you’ll need: - Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that balance customer value, risk, and commercial performance - Strong understanding of business banking, especially cash and transactional products. - Exceptional leadership skills having run Pricing teams and with experience managing complex stakeholder environments - Deep understanding of financial services, regulatory frameworks, and risk management principles - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data in complex pricing models and translate insights into strategic action - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage at executive and board levels **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
