Transaction Banking supports our Commercial Banking Teams (CB), providing fresh thinking and expertise in key critical areas of our clients’ businesses being working capital management
- with flexible and innovative transaction banking solutions and Industry insights to help our clients navigate changing market conditions. Your role will align to commercial business centres in metropolitan Sydney with home location to be agreed during recruitment.

**Do work that matters**

Your length and depth of experience in this segment will see you will identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple transaction banking solutions (including cash management, working capital, merchants and e-commerce) with existing and new-to-bank clients, with a focus on high net worth business bank clientele.

You have a flair for developing close working relationships with key clients and your internal stakeholders, and you use your ability to immerse yourself in our clients' business to understand their needs, and to provide innovative transaction banking solutions that help them grow and thrive.

**More specifically, you will**
- Have a deep understanding of our transaction banking product offerings
- Engage with relationship teams to review transaction banking performance and initiatives
- Provide support, coaching and education to bankers
- Consistently seek client feedback with a focus on improvement and the pursuit of excellence
- Continue to build a profile and presence on behalf of the Commonwealth Bank in Transaction Banking

**What are we looking for?**
- You are an excellent communicator - you have the ability to distil complex requirements down to simple solutions to surprise and delight your clientele
- You’re someone that is passionate about networking and hunting new business opportunities
- Success in this role will come from a background in customer service, sales & business development and are prepared to develop a solid understanding of the transaction banking product suite
- You work with pace - managing and delivering on multiple priorities and projects with efficiency and accuracy

- A successful track record of driving increased business with complex and large commercial/corporate clients (experience presenting to C-Suite will be highly regarded)
- A well-developed local network, commercial sales acumen and forward thinking ideas
