- Be comfortable with complex **legal, accounting and finance functions**:

- Enjoy the challenge of taking ownership of the research/planning of a complex **international expansion** from a business structure standpoint
- Use their **driven nature to successfully manage 'multi
- functional' projects** that combine different people/teams, as well as execute ad hoc, and commercial projects that don't sit neatly/cleanly in other specific functions
- Work with lawyers to ensure we continue to remain compliant as we evolve and scale (for example employment contracts, bespoke NDAs, employment agreements, term sheets).
- **Be comfortable challenging, supporting and driving external stakeholders **to adhere to the standards, deadlines and deliverables they've bought-into
- Possess the **commercial acumen and common sense **to earn the trust of the Founding Partners **to problem
- solve all non-trading challenges **that arise, possessing the **judgement, ability and initiative to 'make things happen'**:

- Manage business derisking and establish the right level of governance to increase the value of the business and build resilience
- **Operate with significant autonomy**, in line with our high-trust and entrepreneurial small-team culture
