**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive General Manager for Strategic Engagement. This position is critical in providing responsive, comprehensive and confidential support and executive assistant functions as well as acting as the point of contact for all parties dealing with the EM. This is a newly created role to support the new are of the business called Strategic Engagement, and the new Executive Manager.

The key to success will be a positive and flexible attitude and passion to thrive in a dynamic, varied and solution focused position. This position will work across both our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay offices, with travel as required.

**About you**:
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:

- Effective time management, discretion and confidential support.
- An ability to build and manage trusted and effective relationships with key stakeholders, including previous experience in dealing with Executives and other Senior leaders.
- Proactive approach in managing and prioritising diaries.
- Research and analysis skills for the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, agendas and minutes.
- A high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365.
- Approachable and engaging, is confident, responsive, flexible, reliable and solution focused.
- Previous experience providing Executive level support.
