This position will be working closely and collaboratively with the Executive Director, the Executive Support Officer provides high level, professional, confidential executive administrative support to the Executive Director, undertakes project work to support the Executive Director in the achievement of business priorities and develops, implements and manages communication strategies and efficiency measures within the Executive Director offices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- On behalf of the Executive Director Medical Services, and within level of authority, research, liaise, facilitate, direct, negotiate and request information, responses and / or seek resolutions from Senior Managers, Executive Directors and other Health Service Staff across multi-faceted issues as required, to ensure the efficient management and coordination of Executive services for SCHHS.
- Provide high level and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director Medical Services. This includes liaison with senior management groups on behalf of the Executive Director, maintaining effective communication channels with various stakeholders and key clients, along with developing reports including spreadsheets and power point presentations relating to the Executive Director.
- Work collaboratively with and provide assistance to senior executive officers and other team members as requested and to continuously improve the Executive Directors offices and systems.
