**About the Role**

This role involves proactively managing the CEO’s priorities, diary and relationship management across internal and external business partners and Youi Board members whilst providing executive level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. In providing this support the position exercises a high degree of communication competence, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Executive support including diary and relationship management, meeting coordination, minute/note taking etc.
- Management & tracking of CEO priorities, initiatives, and deadlines
- Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of documents, including internal and external reports, presentations, and memos on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct research and co-ordinate relevant responses and/or input into projects, programs, reports, correspondence, and corporate issues ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively across the Executive team contributing to a positive team environment.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of matters coming into and out of the CEO’s office to effectively respond to enquiries and exercise sound judgement on the manner of response.
- Attend to Travel bookings as requested in a timely manner (including visa’s, flights, car hire, accommodation, and restaurant reservations)
- Arrange ad-hoc events, dinners, catering, and refreshments - as required.
- Working collaboratively with fellow Executive Assistants to deliver consistent support across the organization.

**About You**
- 5+ years' experience as a C-suite EA in a corporate environment (previous experience within a finance environment preferable)
- Relevant Business and/or Governance qualification (preferable but not mandatory)
- Advanced knowledge of MS 365 - Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of corporate governance principles and/or experience in coordinating Board packs or papers
- Ability to accurately compile and record agendas and minutes
- High level grammar, written, verbal and communication skills
- Experience in organising workshops, seminars, or similar functions
- Basic finance knowledge for budgeting purposes.
