**About you**
As our
**_Program Support Officer_**, you’ll have excellent customer service and administration skills, as well as highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be working in a collaboratively and coordinated way with program delivery managers, Training Coordinators and Regional Medical Educators to deliver an efficient general practice education and training program.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

- experience in supporting the delivery of a training program or similar.
- proven administration skills and/or event coordination, preferably in health and/or education setting.
- excellent communications skills with a strong track record in managing the coordination of competing tasks and priorities.
- ability to autonomously resolve complex issues through the gathering and analysis of information to achieve the best outcome.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with database systems.

**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the
- provide end to end coordination of education events and assessment activities.
- coordinate administrative tasks relating to AGPT program delivery including supporting the process of recognition of prior learning, tracking program requirements, and completion of training.
- ensure all program activity data is accurately entered across multiple platforms in a timely manner.
- collaborate with Training Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery of educational program requirements and activities.
