Exciting opportunity for an IT Program Controls Officer to join a utilities company based in Perth, WA.

**Your new company**

You will be joining an iconic utility provider here in Perth, WA, as an IT Program Controls Officer.

**Your new role**

You will manage program controls to support the governance outcomes of an exciting IT transformation program.

You will:

- Ensure SI and company controls are setup and managed effectively;
- Manage Program HL Schedule and reporting, integrating SI schedules;
- Peform daily resource management - access, onboarding, offboarding;
- Integrating SI RAID activities into the program;
- Manage company RAID and reporting activities;
- Manage SI deliverable definitions and acceptance;
- Prepare and support Stage Gate entry and exit;
- Work with Commercial team to manage contracts.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 7 years' experience in project controls for large IT projects/programs;
- Demonstrated ability to manage SI deliverable definitions and acceptance;
- Sound experience scheduling setups;
- Management experience of IT/technical teams;
- Excellent spreadsheet skills;
- Collaborative, growth mindset.
