We're seeking a passionate and driven Junior Account Manager to join our vibrant team at Crestmead This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for managing accounts and building lasting relationships with our customers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively manage and maintain a portfolio of customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy

**What we're looking for**
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role, _**preferably within the solar energy industry**_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to resolve client challenges
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
- Familiarity with solar products, and industry trends
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or renewable energy is desirable

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
