As a Junior Customer Care Consultant you primary role is to assist with the ongoing development of our medication management software. Also, to assist our existing large customer database with recommending the most suitable paper based medication charts to implement in care facilities across Australia.

Our diverse product range consists of cutting edge medication management software that enables care providers to achieve and maintain compliance. You will have the backing of a highly regarded Company and be supported by a small dedicated team.
- Medication Chart Product knowledge would be highly desirable
- Possess a demonstrated work history in nursing, with preference given to those with experience in the long term care space. Minimum 12 months experience required.
- Be willing to provide input to the ongoing development of medication management software.
- Have a desire to maintain long term relationships through exceptional customer service and support
- Possess strong computer skills.
