**Your new company**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer and Collections. This is a full-time position located in South Melbourne with immediate availability.
**Your new role**
- Managing customer accounts, responding to queries and resolving issues
- Following up with customers who are overdue on their bills and ensuring that payments are made on time
- Managing and reconciling customer accounts receivable and billing discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate customer records and accounts
- Working with the team to achieve individual and team targets and KPIs
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or collections role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and other relevant software
- Must have a high level of numeracy skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
