**About the Organisation**
This is a professional organisation devoted to governing and acting on political affairs for the interest of its members.

**About the Role**
The Events Coordinator you will report to and support the Corporate Relations & Events Manager and will assist with coordinating and organising a busy schedule of a diverse range of in person events. The organisation delivers many fundraising and member events which help to promote the organisation with a focus on fundraising and member and donor engagement.

The events range from Boardroom Events, small to large Dinners, State Council Meetings, Ballroom Events, Fundraising Events, etc.

**About the Person**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assist & coordinate in organising all events
- Conduct & source venues, collect & review quotes
- Liaise with third parties including suppliers, venues, catering, etc.
- Organise & arrange guest speakers
- Draft & coordinate marketing content & collateral for events
- Support with general admin tasks, pull data from CRM, monitor invoices & budget allocation
- Attend the events you organise to offer logístical support
- Prepare post-event reports & analysis

- Outstanding customer service & administration skills
- Exceptional organisational, time management & event coordination skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and tech-savvy eg. MS Suite, Excel, Zoom
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
