**Job Description**:
What your typical day will look like:
We are seeking a motivated Part time Junior Events Coordinator to join our dentsu media team in Sydney. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of media events and activations for our diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for media and events to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Core responsibilities include:

- Assist in the planning and execution of media events, training workshops, client events, pitches and many more
- Assist with on-site event management, including set-up, registration, and guest assistance.
- Liaise with clients, media partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

A bit about you:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in event coordination or media relations is preferred.
