**Summary**:
The Regional Payroll Manager will be responsible for North America, Central and South America Payroll Operations for J R Simplot Co., with a co-sourced payroll model. This role partners closely with and supports employees and internal partners, manages the service delivery model, handles issue resolution, the development of new processes, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure proper reporting of compensation expenses. Assist with regional and global payroll projects, oversee, and manage payroll operations according to agree upon SLA’s, labor and tax laws, and develop process improvements throughout all regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the Payroll Operations, ensure timely and accurate payroll payment and compliance for North America, Central, and South America countries, support regional and global payroll projects to enhance payroll service delivery and improved employee experience. Including integration of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and the Service Level Agreement, improve the payroll processes efficiency and controls by working closely with internal and external partners.

Maintain productive partnerships with other members of the Global Payroll team, HR, HR Solutions, Tax, Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, execution, and adherence to established company policies and procedures as they related to Payroll.

Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems incorporating a continuous improvement mindset to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

Responsible for hiring, mentoring, and training staff along with ongoing one on one meetings and reviews of performance.

**Typical Education**:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

**Required Certifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or HR related degree

**Experience Details**:
