**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the Chief People Officer the Payroll Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of the entire payroll function including direct leadership of three reports.

Key Accountabilities include:

- Reconciliation and reporting
- Compliance with statutory requirements, legislation and Industrial Agreements
- Team leadership and development
- Payroll/T&A/HRIS data integrity
- Continuous improvement including managing system upgrades and/or project-related initiatives

**IDEAL APPLICANTS**
You will need to present with at least 10 years payroll experience with proven ability to lead, mentor and develop direct reports. Applicants with a background working with a listed business and/or organisation’s with heavy audit requirements are especially encouraged to apply.
