**THE COMPANY**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, and working with two Payroll Officers, the Payroll Officer will ensure compliance with all legislative and company requirements in delivering accurate and timely payroll for a national employee base of 1000+ including:
- Team Member Maintenance
- New and Termination of Team Members
- Fortnightly/Weekly Payrolls
- Payroll Procedure updates
- Department Back up when required
- Complying with relevant awards and legislation
- Processing new employee's contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective)
- Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments
- Liaise with ATO on any issues
- Assisting with month-end reporting
- Answering general payroll enquiries, including advice on awards, policies etc.
- Resolving payroll issues
