Permanent role in the SE suburbs (Hybrid WFH model) - Free, secure parking + brand new offices - Gain exposure to in demand Payroll, T&A and HRIS **THE COMPANY** ASX listed Australian success story with the largest footprint of branded stores in their sector. **THE OPPORTUNITY** Reporting to the Payroll Manager, and working with two Payroll Officers, the Payroll Officer will ensure compliance with all legislative and company requirements in delivering accurate and timely payroll for a national employee base of 1000+ including: - Team Member Maintenance - New and Termination of Team Members - Fortnightly/Weekly Payrolls - Payroll Procedure updates - Department Back up when required - Complying with relevant awards and legislation - Processing new employee's contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective) - Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments - Liaise with ATO on any issues - Assisting with month-end reporting - Answering general payroll enquiries, including advice on awards, policies etc. - Resolving payroll issues **THE POSITIVES** The business has just moved into brand new offices in a mixed-use development complete with supermarkets, a cinema and child-care facilities. The care park is secure and accessed by a fob key for peace of mind. The Payroll Manager is tenured and someone that will share knowledge whilst the business utilises three of the most "in-demand" software products that would look great on your resume. **THE CHALLENGES** The whole organisation is going through a period of change at present and you will be expected to put your hand up if you see a better way of doing something.
