**Talent Acquisition Partner - Location flexible**

**9 week Secondment Opportunity**

**About The Role**
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with our business stakeholders to deliver end to end recruitment services for Endeavour Group.

Working closely with your Leader, this role will see you develop and deliver role specific recruitment strategies and initiatives to support the growth of our business. Paramount to your success will be your ability to build strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally whilst being a true ambassador of our brand in the market. You will work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice and partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives.

You will join a team of experienced and passionate recruiters who love to collaborate and work together to deliver the best outcomes to the business. Although this is a secondment opportunity, we offer flexible work arrangements, activity based working and genuine career development opportunities based on your personal needs, with a supportive leadership team.

- **Be responsible for Full life-cycle recruitment from attracting, sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent with agility and pace**:

- **Adapt to a fast paced environment with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities**:

- **Experience in using market insights to create sustainable talent segments, pools and pipelines in innovative and creative ways building long term partnerships**
