**About the Opportunity**

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with our EndeavourX (Data, Digital & Tech) business stakeholders to deliver end to end recruitment services for Endeavour Group. Working closely with your Leader, this role will see you develop and deliver attraction, sourcing and recruitment and strategies and partnerships to attract top talent to Endeavour, supporting the growth of our business.

Paramount to your success will be your ability to build strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally whilst being a true ambassador of our brand in the market. You will work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice and partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives.

- **Proven experience in recruitment from an agency and/or internal setting**:

- **Creativity in your approach to talent acquisition and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving**:

- **Develop Sourcing Strategies partnering with the Data, Digital & Tech businesses using data and insights to develop talent workforce plans & attract top talent**:

- **Co Creating Diversity & Inclusion strategies & implementing plans with the business for hiring top talent**:

- **Adaptive to a fast paced environment with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities**:

- **Experience in using market insights to create sustainable talent segments, pools and pipelines in innovative and creative ways building long term partnerships**
