**About the Opportunity**

Paramount to your success will be your ability to build strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally whilst being a true ambassador of our brand in the market. You will work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice and partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives.

**About You**

This is a great opportunity for a personable, energetic and commercially orientated Talent Acquisition Partner to develop your strategic, innovative and forward-thinking approach to recruitment. To ensure your success in this role and a bright future in one of Australia's leading employers, you will ideally display:

- **Proven experience in recruitment from an agency and/or internal setting**:

- **Creativity in your approach to TA and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving**:

- **Develop Sourcing Strategies partnering with the business using data and insights to develop talent workforce plans & sourcing strategies to attract top talent**:

- **Co Creating Diversity strategies & implementing diversity and inclusion plans with the business for hiring top talent**:

- **Adaptive to a fast paced environment with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities**:

- **Experience in using market insights to create sustainable talent segments, pools and pipelines in innovative and creative ways building long term partnerships**
