**About the Opportunity**

Working as a team player across the Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment process, you will:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle process for volume roles
- Champion our diversity and inclusion plans with the business for hiring top talent
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working to create efficiency and to ensure timelines are met

You will join an experienced and passionate talent team who love to collaborate and work together to deliver the best outcomes to the business.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Previous experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or coordinator role (highly desired)
- Ability to communicate our brand and create a great experience for hiring leader and new team
- Strong attention to detail
- Administration experience
- Experience with people management, or recruitment systems a plus
- Passion for Culture & People & Talent
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Eager to learn and grow within Endeavour Group
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive can do attitude that complements being part of a small team whilst working well in a broader organisation
- Experience in the liquor, or hospitality industry will be highly regarded
