**ABOUT ZENOBE**

Our goal is to make clean power accessible, to accelerate the shift to zero carbon power and transport.

We’re transforming grids to enable the take up of more renewables, electrifying fleets for cleaner air, repurposing electric vehicle batteries for clean portable power and using proprietary software and data analysis to optimise operational performance for our customers.

We have 225 MW of operational and under construction grid scale battery capacity and over 30% of the UK’s EV buses, and are expanding our operations in Australia, New Zealand, US and Europe. We’re a rapidly growing company looking for talented people to join us.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY**
- Establish excellent relationships with Hiring Managers and external recruitment support.
- Effectively build a strong talent pipeline utilising LinkedIn & our internal referral scheme.
- Engage effectively with potential talent throughout the end-to-end process, clearly outlining the process to set expectations and providing feedback/ updates in a timely manner.
- General HR Admin support to the wider team.
- Acting as a true ambassador of Zenobe, giving a detailed overview of us as a business and why people should join.
- Accurately updating and managing the internal recruitment trackers and ATS System.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Proven experience of delivering results as an in-house or agency recruiter
- 2 - 3 years recruitment experience, ideally within Energy or Construction sectors.
- Proven ability to take accountability and lead multiple simultaneous projects from a recruitment perspective.
- Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives and experienced in managing the whole recruitment cycle.
- International recruitment experience advantageous.
- Able to establish rapport and build strong trust-based relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment with large amounts of responsibility and ownership.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and juggle competing demands.
- Attention to detail and able to produce work of consistently high quality.
- A strong team player able to work on own initiative.
- Strong IT skills including ATS and MS Office and Teams.
