Tecside are seeking an experienced **HR Generalist** for our client, a global provider of colorant technology solutions to the architectural and industrial industries. The is a permanent full-time position starting ASAP in Dandenong.

**Duties may include**:

- Create and maintain employment contracts, job descriptions, organisational charts, organisation announcements, employment letters, performance management forms, etc for employees
- Maintain and recommend all employee training and development requirements
- Work with managers to ensure employee performance is on track and assist with performance management and disciplinary action when required
- Coordinate the annual salary increase, annual bonus payments, annual leave loading and annual attendance bonus
- Prepare monthly reports as required
- Prepare Annual Budgeting requirements: payroll, HR department costs, training, temps/casuals, & overtime
- Manage payroll systems and provide training to employees as required
- Be the first point of contact for all payroll employee enquiries
- Actively identify and implement process improvements for HR & Payroll processes

**Skills required**:

- Understanding of the Australian National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, EA’s, etc
- Previous Payroll experience within Australia is desirable
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative and independence
- A drive towards continuous improvement.
- A general interest in HR field with ambition to further career
