**The Role**

In this generalist role, your focus will be on the execution of the day-to-day operational HR requirements, acting as a coach and mentor across the group to assist with the implementation of robust HR processes and practices. You will support your internal customers with IR issues, Award compliance, and all the key aspects that ensure the development, performance outcomes and cultural alignment of the people.

**You**

As an experienced and proven HR generalist with relevant tertiary studies and ideally exposure to the social and community services sector, you have sound IR and Fair Work knowledge. Your strong understanding of the employee life cycle spans onboarding, training and development, performance management and all the processes that ensure the best possible workplace culture. Inquisitive, respectful and engaging, you know how to influence and inspire people to be their best. You are also solid across HR administration with the computer literacy skills that enable you to take HR data and compile relevant, sharp Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
