A well-respected and established Charity near Fitzroy is looking for an HR Generalist for a temporary assignment for at least 3 months. The role starts immediately and could extend further.

**Duties of the role**:

- HR recruitment, including conducting interviews alongside internal hiring managers
- Employee Relations such as complaints, concerns and investigations.
- Support with recruitment admin including: drafting position descriptions, contracts and letters & scheduling appointments
- Adhoc HR admin projects
- Have experience within a similar position in HR or Employee Relations.
- Be immediately available and able to commit for at least three months
- Have or be willing to get a Working with Childrens Check and Police Check
- Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

The Charity is ideally looking for a full-time employee but is open to part-time and there is a flexible working culture (inc WFH).
