Aambianz Pty Ltd provides sun control, ventilation and balustrade solution to the construction industry. Our major products are Ventilation Louvres, Architectural Louvres, Acoustic Louvres, Solar Shading and Perforated Screens.

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis.

All applicants must have full Australian working rights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Manage stock control and reconciles with the data storage system.
- Uses available software tools (Excel, MS Project) to ensure information is correctly stored and easily accessible and ensures databases are constantly updated.
- Liaise with transport companies for both receipt of goods and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure effective and accurate communication is maintained with all relevant teams with the aim of ensuring the efficient flow of delivery of equipment.
- Actively contributing to the planning of the goods and materials delivery schedule, including a detailed plan for the number and timing of deliveries.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Ensuring that all site logistics challenges are identified early and are managed efficiently.
- This is a hands on role, 25% of the time will be as storeman & logistic duties and 75% of the time will be office based.

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory**
- Current Drivers licence
- Good MS Office skills
- Supply chain background
- Strong data analytics skills, advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who can easily adapt to new software
- Confident in dealing with suppliers

**Desired**
- Construction White Card
- Forklift licence preferred
- MR & HR drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
