**About the Role**
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a full time Logistics Scheduler
**Afternoon Shift**) to join our Sydney Operations team to give our customers the service they deserve and expect. Reporting to the Sydney Logistics Manager you will be guided and trained through a number of key areas within logistics.

**Mon to Fri - 1pm to 9pm**

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Scheduling vehicle loads.
- Schedule drivers runs accurately.
- Reviewing and consolidating driver's paperwork.
- Conduct and report an accurate daily debrief for all drivers.
- Liaising with drivers throughout the day to ensure they are progressing well, meeting deliver schedule and staying within fatigue limits.
- Liaising with customers and updating order status and enquiries.
- Proven ability to achieve delivery KPI's.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within the transport industry essential.
- Have an excellent knowledge in the geographical layout of Sydney and Surrounding Areas.
- Prior experience in a transport scheduling/coordinator role preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of load configurations, weights, allocation preferred.
- High level skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
- Extensive Knowledge of Safety and Compliance essential.
