**ADMINISTRATION & OFFICE SUPPORT**
Twisted Healthy Treats is looking for a proactive and driven administration and office support person to join our team. This is a part time / casual role that will require you to work alongside our Logistics Manager to oversee various aspects of our supply chain and distribution.
As Australia’s leading ‘better for you’ healthy treats manufacturer our working environment is very dynamic and fast-paced. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about learning and working in a nimble team environment.
As a team, we at Twisted are totally obsessed with creating Australia's best tasting frozen desserts that are actually good for you. With the help of our amazing Sydney based production team, we produce authentic, clean and delicious frozen products which are available nationwide and overseas markets.
All our products are made from natural ingredients & we are an all Australian made product and 100% Australian owned business. Cass and the team have built an amazing Australian brand and we are well on the way to becoming Australia's best (and favourite) Healthy Treat Manufacturer.
**Role Description**:
- Working alongside and supporting our Logistics Manager
- Support all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing documentation e.g., pallet labels, invoices, transport bookings
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure shipments are delivered on time.
- Input customer purchase orders into inventory system (Unleashed)
- Input product data into inventory system e.g., inwards at 3PL’s, closing out purchase orders
- Monitor and manage day to day issues including follow-up with missed collections and deliveries with transport
- General administration tasks
- Answering phone calls and general filing of paperwork
- Data entry - daily forecasting
**About You**:
- Experience in data entry is preferred
- Solid knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
- Can work in a team or autonomously
- Strong communication, problem solving skills and initiative
- Punctual, alert and well groomed
- Excited to be part of a rapidly growing Australian owned business

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week
**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
