**About the role**:
CSR are seeking a dynamic **Distribution Centre Manager** to manage and coordinate all actives related to the effective, efficient and accurate operation for CSR's warehouse facility in **Ingleburn**. The DC Manager will strive to achieve industry best practice standards with a focus on process improvement and efficiency as well as ensuring the smooth operations of the various functions across the site.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- **Strategic Execution**: Drive the logistics strategy for the site(s) within scope.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee DC operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory, order fulfillment, and transportation management.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor budgets, identify cost efficiencies, and ensure financial accountability.
- **Safety & Standards**: Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards through inspections, audits, and proactive measures.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Build strong internal and external partnerships to forecast volumes, address customer issues, and manage storage and distribution providers.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs such as order accuracy and stock levels to improve performance and efficiency.
- **Technology Optimization**: Leverage WMS and inventory systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

**What you bring to the role**
- **Qualifications & Experience**:
Degree or equivalent in logistics or a related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse and transport operations.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to build, engage, and develop high-performance teams.
- **Customer Focused**: Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building trust.
- **Commercial Acumen**: Skilled in making decisions that drive business value.
- **Problem Solver**: Results-driven with the ability to address issues quickly and mitigate risks.
- **Organized**: Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage inventory, teams, and multiple stakeholders.
- **Collaborative Communicator**: Adept at building relationships and conveying information clearly.
- **Tech Proficient**: Experienced with WMS and other logistics systems.
- **Improvement Focused**: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
