**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Manager in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with key accounts in the technology sector. This role demands a strategic mindset, superior account management skills, and a proven track record in high-level sales within the tech industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the technology sector.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position our services.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale account management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and consulting, to develop compelling sales strategies and proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 7+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on high-level sales and account management.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skills:

- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships at the executive level.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
