Melbourne, Australia Peoplebank Full time

Supported by Federal Government our client is a technology start-up bringing Telco services to regional Australians for the first time. Having integrated 9 companies over 12 months, they have significant funding and are looking for a **Project Co-Ordinator** to join the team.

As the **Project Co-Ordinator** you will work closely with our project and program managers to prepare all aspects of project management plans including resourcing, budget, scheduling, procurement, and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, a fundamental understanding of project management principles, be comfortable dealing with Senior executive and C-Suite sponsors and ideally a background in Telecommunication Infrastructure

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- An ability to prepare and interpret process, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong stakeholder-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Ideally have managed and led teams dealing with tower construction, civil works, solar installation and radio networks
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus

This is 100% remote position (within Australia). The energy, enthusiasm and passion from the leaders in this business (and the broader team) is what sets this company apart from other traditional Telco's. With the larger Telco's focussing only on major cities, they are energised by their mission, which is to offer fast and affordable internet services to regional Australians for the first time, which is why they have significant federal government funding and support. This is an opportunity to make real difference to the day-to-day lives of many Australians.

They have a great culture and are looking for a likeminded, experienced Project Co-Ordinator to be equally as excited about the role, opportunity and company.
- Diversity and inclusion are strongly supported at Peoplebank. People of all nationalities, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, are encouraged to apply._
