We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator for a 6 month initial contract role based in Melbourne. This is a position that could take you to that next step if your aspirations are leading you towards a career in Project Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints
- Coordinating team members and third-party contractors or consultants, to deliver projects according to the established plan
- Manage the satisfaction of all project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and requirements are met throughout the project
- Run projects on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Project Steering Committee, keeping them informed and aligned with project progress and objectives
- Ensure projects produce the required products and deliverables while maintaining the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits
- Ensure project results are capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Case
- Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, adapting the approach to best suit the project's requirements

**Skills**:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience, sitting in the project office as a PMO Analyst or Co-Ordinator, with perhaps the experience of managing an end to end project as a PM
- Preferred: Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, Scrum Master, or Diploma in Project Management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate team members and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes
- Proven track record of delivering projects within strict deadlines and budgets while maintaining high quality
- Proficiency in managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
