Arrow ECS are currently looking for a talented Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our team to assist in the smooth flow of goods and materials in Arrow Melbourne office at Bayswater North.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
- Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
- Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
- Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and extern customer requirements pertaining to processes
- Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge
- Support shipping, storing, and order fulfillment.
- Transport and staging products within the facility.
- Maintain clean and organized work and product storage areas.
- Conduct audits of processes and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Health and Safety Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Familiarity with ERP inventory management systems and software (eg. Oracle, SAP), intermediate Excel skills and Outlook, and comfortable using the computer.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF Scanner. It is essential to have a forklift licence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and good work ethics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing.
